General
Description:
Versatile, general purpose nozzles used in a wide variety of applications. Flames
are relatively compact for the heat output, making these nozzles useful where
space is limited. Flame shapes range from long, pencil-like to short and bushy,
depending on model. Flame retention nozzles are often installed in open mounting
cages to fire furnaces through refractory tunnels. Although larger sizes are available,
nozzles above 10 million Btu/hr are rarely used.
