General Description:
Combustion gases exit the burner tunnel at high velocities causing vigorous recirculation and mixing of furnace gases, excellent temperature uniformity and high heat transfer rates. Widely used for firing aluminum melting furnaces, where hot gas velocity improves heat transfer to metal and shortens melting times. The heating speed and temperature uniformity of these burners make them popular for curing and drying linings in larger steel mill pouring ladles.
